Renewable Feedstocks

We originate renewable feedstocks from our extensive partner and supplier network. These alternative feedstocks replace conventional fossil fuels and transform them into biofuels like biodiesel as well as bioenergy for heat and electricity generation.

Our diverse feedstock offerings include used cooking oil, cashew nut shell oil, spent bleaching earth oil, and animal tallow. Whether you need feedstock for your own production or you’re a trader sourcing for clients, we can supply the products you require.

Sourcing and quality control are paramount at our company. Our team of experts oversees the entire supply chain, from feedstock sourcing to final delivery, ensuring the highest quality products that meet international standards for sustainable and ethical practices.

Our company prioritizes client satisfaction by tailoring our services to meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring timely delivery of products, focusing relentlessly on quality, and building long-term relationships rooted in trust, reliability, and exceptional service.

Used Cooking Oil

Used Cooking Oil (UCO) is a common by-product of food processing, restaurants, and households, primarily derived from vegetable oils. Despite its origins, UCO holds promise as a feedstock for advanced biofuels, particularly for diesel production. The European Commission’s Renewable Energy Directive (RED) recognizes UCO as a valuable resource for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainability in the transportation sector. Under this directive, UCO is classified as “waste vegetable and animal oil,” and its utilization in biodiesel production, particularly FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester), is estimated to achieve significant carbon emission reductions, up to 83%.

Cashew Nut Shell Liquid / Oil

Cashew nut shell oil (CNSL) is a sustainable natural oil extracted from the outer shell of cashew nuts. Typically discarded or burned, CNSL offers eco-friendly qualities and is a viable alternative to fossil fuels. It is a viscous, dark brown liquid with unique chemical properties, including anacardic acid and other phenolic compounds, making it antimicrobial, antioxidant, and insecticidal. CNSL also has desirable physical properties for energy applications, such as high energy density, low vapor pressure, and good stability at high temperatures, making it suitable for various energy conversion processes.

Animal Tallow

Animal tallow, a rendered form of animal fat obtained from beef, pork, or poultry, has long been utilized in diverse applications. However, with the progress of technology and the growing focus on sustainability, animal tallow has now gained prominence as a renewable energy feedstock. This shift towards utilizing animal tallow as an alternative to fossil fuels not only taps into existing resources but also reduces our dependence on non-renewable energy sources.

Spent Bleaching Earth Oil

Spent bleaching earth oil (SBEO) is a promising biofuel feedstock with potential as a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. It is derived from waste materials obtained after clay extraction from edible oils, which retains residual oil. SBEO primarily consists of triglycerides, which can be converted into biodiesel through transesterification. It also contains fatty acids like palmitic, oleic, and linoleic acid, which enhance its energy content and combustion characteristics.
